nearly ALL korean sellers will not accept paypal or any form of international payment. large sellers may accept wise but its quite rare. the most commonly accepted payment method is korean bank transfer!
most sellers will also not ship internationally, so you will need a kaddy (korean address) to purchase from then
most sellers are not fluent in english, so don’t message them in english unless it’s stated in their bio/pinned tweet that they speak english.
condition videos are barely ever given, so you shouldn’t expect one! however it is common to get a proof photo with the date and your username on it, especially if you’re buying a rarer card. to make sure you get a proof photo, you can ask something like “인증할 수 있나요?” which translated to “Can you confirm/certify it?”
address checks are never given, proof of send out is only a tracking number
most ksellers don’t have any sort of proof so it’s important to search their username and bank account number on twitter in case theres any scammer posts about them! (additionally, its not necessary to message them when something has arrived)
signs a listing is fishy include replies turned off, extremely low price, seller states they have many dupes of the same item
memberpricing is normalized in korea/asia in general, as well as qyop/bidding. lots of sellers won’t even respond to your offer if they feel its too low, so you can try to follow up with a higher offer until they accept!
korean pricing system : (most common) = DECIMAL SYSTEM
